I've been impressed that despite the size, it's got plenty of power. It's small enough to take on trips, but it still does a pretty good job of cleaning between my teeth. I've been using the large one for years, but this has replaced them. There are a few different settings, which is handy if you have sensitive gums. I've found it pretty effective and easy to use. The water tank expands, which is a cool feature, and you can store the attachment in the top making even more compact. While it might not be as powerful as the bigger models, it's been a nice addition to my daily routine, especially when I'm traveling. It's convenient, simple, and works well. I recommend filling from the top hole and leaving the bottom hole open to help dry it out when finished. Overall it's been terrific.

Really strong flosser! There are multiple settings for flow type. You may want to reconsider if you have very sensitive gums. The irrigation is pretty strong. It does get all the stuff you thought you flossed away, out of your teeth, gums and mouth. Good battery, it lasts for weeks to maybe a month and a half with daily use, up to 3 months longer before recharge, if not using everyday. I've tested out both scenarios, while still using a regular string floss daily.

It is very powerful at its highest setting; however, you must work quickly, or you will need to refill the water reservoir before you're able to do your entire mouth. The pulsating setting gives the ability to move around each quadrant of your mouth a little slower. The soft setting works well for my grandson. It does a great job of getting rid of the food particles stuck between your teeth.
