Matrices like these are 'multiplexed' so to control 64 LEDs you need 16 pins. That's a lot of pins, and there are driver chips like the MAX7219 that can control a matrix for you but there's a lot of wiring to set up and they take up a ton of space. No leaking!
Great for coffee bar. I’ve left coffee in one for two days and the cup did not leak or soften at the base. There is no odor and they don’t stick together when stacked. I am very pleased with these disposable cups.

GOOD FOR PICNICS AND PARTIES
This bulk package of 8 oz paper cups would be a good choice for parties, picnics, weddings, showers, or any other celebratory event. They are not too thick but they are also not too thin, but I’m not sure how they would hold up with hot liquids for extended periods of time. I would not use these for my coffee. But for regular parties with cold drinks, they would be ok.
I do think the pack is over-priced.
