The original is classic! Simple ingredients, clean taste, medium thickness to the slices, not too dry, great coriander taste. Only 6 ingredients. Love it. The peri-peri has a nice slow burn Lemon pepper has subtle flavors and flirts with perfection. Minimalist biltong - just beef, salt, vinegar. A little salty (not too much). Really nice but, as expected, lacks depth. Similar to the original, with addition of rosemary and garlic. Yum! The garlic adds lots of umami to an already umami-rich snack.

It's so moist and the flavor profiles are so deep. Most jerky I find in stores tries to drown the flavor of the meat in sugar or soy sauce, but in this Biltong MEAT IS THE STAR OF THE SHOW. My favorite flavor so far has been the Peri Peri. When I read the bag it said it might be spicy but the spice really sneaks up on you. Needless to say the whole bag "mysteriously" disappeared 30 minutes later. All in all, if you like jerky but want high quality meat that isn't just a sugar delivery device I highly recommend this product!
