(B-36" W-28"--)Vintage 1940s brown velvet blouse. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 36" Waist 28" 28 1 2" Length 21 1 2" The top has two sets of large gold flower shaped buttons. There is a bow at the neck. All of the buttons are functional and underneath the "bib" part, the top closes with hooks and eyes. The blouse is in fair as is condition. Thee is staining under the armpits and along the neck as well as wear on and around the buttons. The bow is missing a snap
