If your supplied DC Power cable came with a remote grey Step Up box on in this is the cable you need! We stopped sending this style out with our kits in September of 2023. Anything after September 2023 was most likely our updated V2 (Version 2) which doesn't need the grey step up. No more neck pain

I needed new pillows and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m picky about my pillow. I had ordered different ones to try and these were the keepers. They are not too soft nor too firm.
