It has 3 metal rings across the top and the bottom corners are reinforced with leather and have distinct hole with a bit of rust where this was likely pinned in place to keep in taught. There is one small hole in the main body of the flag and some staining though out. There are some small lines of maybe glue or something on one arm of the swastika. Also a small hole in the red material behind the swastika.
