I wrote the following review. I changed from 2 starts to five stars. The company reached out to me and offered to rectify the problem. I am very IMPRESSED!!! I will say that a stranger thought it was a Dooney and Bourke!!! "I love this purse and have received many compliments on it. However, one of the pins holding the handles fell out somewhere. I tried to work with Amazon to get a new pin for it, but because I received it in March, they cannot do anything. I will use a paper clip to hold the handle, but obviously it will not look like a purse anyone would want to purchase. I expected it to last at least through the summer."
